Volunteer Roles
Governance & Administration
• Management Committee Members – Guide MI Care’s direction, uphold governance, and ensure transparency.
• Administrative Support – Assist with records, correspondence, and member communication.
• Policy & Compliance Volunteers – Help review and update procedures, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Programs & Activities
• Social Club Hosts – Welcome members, coordinate entertainment, and foster inclusion.
• Fundraising Coordinators – Develop creative initiatives like the Wash & Blow‑Dry fundraiser, ensuring sustainability.
• Event Support – Assist with ceremonies, community days, and special gatherings.
Health & Wellbeing
• Class Facilitators – Lead member activities such as Zumba, exercise, or creative workshops.
• Transport & Access Volunteers – Support members with mobility, including pool access and community outings.
• Care Companions – Provide friendly check‑ins and practical assistance.
Digital & Communications
• Website Stewards – Help refine navigation, accessibility, and SEO for community engagement.
